Tasks
The heart of it. Create tasks against a project, assign them to your people, set dates, and track them through to done. Everything else we build will hang off this.
Events and a Full Calendar
Work and events now share one calendar view. See a week or a month at a time and spot the collision before it costs you a day.
Employees and Crews
Add your team to your organization and group them into crews. Assigning a crew to work beats assigning six people one at a time, and it matches how a site actually runs.
Your Logo
Upload your company logo and it shows up across your organization. Small thing, but it makes the app feel like yours.

Roles That Mean Something
Right now everyone in an organization sees roughly the same thing. We're adding a proper hierarchy — owners, superintendents, and project managers — each with the view and the permissions their job needs.
Working With Other Companies
You'll soon be able to delegate a task to an outside organization and keep tracking it on your own project while they carry it out.
