Document Management on Mobile

You can now browse and manage documents directly from your phone — fast, simple, and always within reach.

Smarter Notifications

We've added alerts for when superintendents or project managers are added or removed from projects, and when new documents are attached to a task.

Picture Notes on Web

Notes in tasks now support image uploads. Add photos right from your desktop to provide better context and clarity.

Rejection Notes

When a task doesn't meet the mark, you can now add a rejection note to explain why — because clear feedback leads to better outcomes.

Coming Soon

Subcontractor Work Requests

Instead of auto-assigning tasks, you'll soon be able to invite subcontractors to take them on. They can respond, propose changes, or negotiate details — all within the app.

And yes, down the road, you'll be able to send the same request to multiple subcontractors and accept the best offer.
