Multi-Company Support and Subscriptions - January 2026

We spent the back end of last year on foundations. This release is the result — ZenHammer now handles more than one company per person, and can bill for itself.

New Features This Week

One Login, Multiple Companies

Plenty of you run more than one entity, or work across a parent company and its subsidiaries. You can now switch between organizations from a single account instead of logging in and out. Projects, users, and documents stay strictly separated — the switch changes everything you see.

Subscriptions and Payments

Plans and billing now live inside the app. Manage your subscription, update payment details, and see what your organization is on without going through us.

Deep Links

Tapping a notification now opens the exact task, incident, or budget it refers to — straight into the app if you have it installed. Getting to the thing someone is asking about is one tap, not a search.

Tighter Document Access

Supporting multiple organizations meant going back through every document path and re-checking who can reach what. We added a failsafe layer on top, so a file can only ever be served to someone inside the organization that owns it.

Retiring Bids for Good

Budget has done the job since September and the old bid flow is now dead weight. We're removing it entirely, so there's one place to send work out and one place to track what comes back.

Task Templates

Project templates saved a lot of setup. Task templates are next — the repeat jobs you run every month will start already filled in.
