Warehouse and Inventory

Equipment and materials now live in a warehouse you can actually search and filter. Set quantities, seed your existing stock, and see what's available before you promise it to a crew.

Check Out, Check In

Every movement is a transaction against a person. Check a tool out to someone, check it back in when it returns, and the history tells you who had it and when — which is usually the only question anyone is asking.

Gear on Tasks

Attach equipment and materials directly to a task, from web or mobile. What you assign flows into the task's costs, so the numbers stop depending on someone remembering to log it separately.

Invoices

You can now raise and send invoices from ZenHammer, built from the work and costs already sitting in a project.

Push Notifications

Mobile now pushes properly. Incidents, approvals, and bid responses reach the phone whether or not the app is open.

Geofences That Fit the Site

Our current geofences are circles. We're adding polygons, so you can trace the real boundary of a site instead of approximating it.

Punch Clock

Crews will soon punch in and out from mobile, with the history available on web — and lined up against the site they were standing on.
