Live Updates

The app used to check for changes every few seconds. Now everything runs through a single live connection to your organization — incidents, bids, and the activity feed update themselves the moment something happens. No refreshing, no stale numbers, and a lighter load on your data plan out in the field.

Rich Text Task Descriptions

Task descriptions now support real formatting — headings, bold, lists. Scope notes that used to be a wall of text can finally be read at a glance, and they render properly on mobile too.

Budgets Are Called Bids Again

We renamed Budget back to Bid. It is what everyone on a job site calls it, and pretending otherwise was costing people time. The table came with it: search, status filters that the server works out for you, and a proper attachments sheet so you can see what was sent without leaving the row.

Assign Tasks to a Whole Crew

You can now assign tasks to a crew directly from the Crews page, with a searchable and filterable table of everything that crew is carrying. Once a project is fully staffed, fold it away to keep the page focused on what still needs people.

Precedent Warnings and the Reviewer Role

The schedule now warns you when a precedent task is scheduled to finish after the task that depends on it — the kind of mistake that only shows up weeks later. We also shipped Reviewer, a read-only role for clients and inspectors who need to see the work without touching it, along with a guided first-run walkthrough on the dashboard.

For teams running the same inspection across dozens of sites, we're building a way to send a crew straight into a prefilled form for a specific location — tapped from a notification, with the site details already filled in and out-of-scope stops flagged before anyone drives out.
