Our biggest release since the bids rebuild. Two new surfaces — approvals and evidence — plus a pricing change a lot of you asked for.
What's New
The Approvals Inbox
Work that needs a decision now collects in one place on web and mobile, instead of you going looking for it. Approve it or send it back from the list, and every decision lands in the activity feed with who made it and when — so there is no argument later about whether something was signed off.
Evidence, and a Check Before Leaving Site
Tasks can now ask for specific photos — a slot for each one, so a crew knows exactly what to capture instead of guessing. Every upload gets a receipt, and the app checks the set is complete before anyone leaves the site. Rejected work can be resubmitted without starting over. On the web there is a project Evidence tab showing everything captured, side by side.
Add-Ons Are Priced Per Plan
Extra seats used to cost the same whichever plan you were on, which meant we could not make them cheaper for teams already paying more. Each plan now carries its own add-on pricing, and the per-seat price for a plan shows on the pricing cards before you choose.
Seat Limits That Explain Themselves
Adding someone past your included seats now tells you exactly that, on both web and mobile, with the option to add seats there and then. Before, you got a generic failure and had to work out why yourself.
Smaller Things You Will Notice
Pull to refresh works across every mobile tab, and the activity feed updates when you come back to it. Status colors now match between web and mobile, so a color means the same thing everywhere. Attachments on a bid request sit with the request itself rather than hidden inside the response form. And the alert for a crew that never left a site is now firing properly.
Behind the Scenes
Documents are now served through private links that expire, rather than sitting at a public address. We also tightened how data is kept separate between organizations, and added crash reporting on mobile so we hear about problems before you have to tell us.

Weather on the Schedule
Forecast shown against your dates on the schedule and the Gantt, so a week of rain is something you plan around rather than something you find out about on the morning.
A View for Your Clients
Invite a client by email into a role built for them — they see progress on their own job and nothing of what sits behind it. Your costs stay yours.
The App in Your Language
Full translation across web and mobile, including the corners that are still English-only today.
