New Features This Week

Bid-Based Task Assignments

As teased in our last update, you can now assign tasks to external organizations through a bidding system. Subcontractors can negotiate details, suggest changes, and align on scope before accepting the job. You can also attach documents, set timelines, and define budgets — all in one smooth flow.

Project-Level Documents

You can now upload and manage documents not just at the task level, but also at the project level — giving you better oversight and organization.

Map View + Project Status

Navigate your work visually with our new map view. You can also now assign statuses to projects, making it easier to clean up and manage your dashboard.

We've added a direct feedback button on both web and mobile. Tell us what you love, what you need, or what's missing — your input shapes our roadmap.

Smarter Budget Tracking

We're improving how budgets are handled across the app. When you add materials and equipment to tasks, they'll continue to be reflected in your costs — but now, if you're a subcontractor, you'll also be able to track budgets and charge additional items to your client.

This also means the Delegated Projects view is getting an upgrade. It will soon reflect bids, material costs, and other line items — helping you compare cost vs. price and stay on top of your margins. No more guesswork, just clarity.
